Rock Road will host Rick Moonen, executive chef and creator of Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood restaurant at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, for a book talk and signing of his cookbook Fish Without a Doubt on Saturday, August 8th, at 2:00 pm. The book talk will start at 2:00 pm, with the signing to follow shortly thereafter until 4:00 pm. The author will be available to chat with customers and sign copies of his book.
