7. Are you from Wichita?
I grew up in Wellington, KS just south of Wichita. Wichita State brought me here and I have called Wichita home for 11 years now. I absolutely love this city and am proud to call it home. Everything is so convenient and anything you could possibly want is here (with mountains and oceans a short plane ride away)!
8. What do you do in your spare time?
A few things I really enjoy doing in my spare time are playing golf and cooking. I also love to travel, especially if I can go scuba diving!
9. Who is one person you’d like to meet and why?
I would have to say Jimmy Buffett. Besides being a big fan of his music, I have always admired his outlook on life.
10. What book are you reading?
I am currently reading “The Power of Who” by Bob Beaudine.
11. What was your first job?
My first job was working at the Wellington Pool when I was 15 years old. I worked pool maintenance and taught swimming lessons in the morning, then lifeguarded through the afternoon.
12. What advice would you give to someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?
My advice to someone wanting to get into commercial real estate would be to focus on building strong relationships with clients, and to have patience.
13. Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a 5-year old English Bulldog named Betty.
14. If you had to live your life over again, what one thing would you change?
Tough question. I am very happy with my life, but in the spirit of this survey, I would have to say either 1) I wish I would have paid more attention in Spanish class, or 2) I wish I wouldn’t have quit taking guitar lessons as a kid.
15. If you won $50 million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?
First, I would want to make sure my family was taken care of and I would also want to give to local charities that I am close to. Second, I would BUY REAL ESTATE. Third, I would travel the world.

Dedicated, Driven, Focused, Easy-Going & Happy
17. Are you pursuing your dream?
Yes. I enjoy my work, I’m close with my family and friends, and I am involved with causes that I believe in.

Not really.
19. What is your taste in music?
EVERYTHING!! My music taste depends on the day. I love both new and old rock, country, classic, jazz, and blues.
20. Favorite childhood program?
I can’t just name one… The Cosby Show, Saved by the Bell and the Dukes of Hazzard.
