The Ultimate Road Race

You signed up weeks in advance, told all your friends about it and now the day has finally come. There’s nothing quite like getting up early, breathing in the crisp, cool air and feeling the adrenaline rush through your body as you prepare for a road race...

A Peek into the Wild

The Wichita Wild has officially begun its season, and although not victorious against Omaha on March 20, there is still much promise for this young team. We can balance that loss with our wide receiver Clinton Solomon being named IFL Offensive Player of the Week...

Geocaching

There's one in China that contains some batteries, along with a couple of American compact discs and a camera to record faces. Happy Thoughts, Happy Life

What if you could live peacefully and happily just by listening to music or thinking positively? This might not be as far fetched as it sounds up front. People are on a mission to find inner peace, and they’re trying various methods to achieve it. There’s therapy, exercise, journals, study groups, prayer and more, depending on what works for you. MORE THAN A BEATDOWN

It was funny pulling into the JanJira Thai boxing parking lot on south Oliver.
